Helpful advice on my initial enquiry. Regular updates on receipt of the Royal Mail postal saga (dont use them, use a courier my collar sat at Heathrow for two weeks). Repaired item returned by courier and arrived in two days. Collar back in perfect working order. Excellent service, great customer care from Aisling.
