Returns Policy

You can cancel an order and return a product for any reason within 7 working days from the day after you received the product(s). You must notify us either by e-mail (sales@pacdog.com) or by post to PAC Products that you wish to cancel the order.

You must return the product(s) to PAC Products immediately at your own cost in the same condition as you received them. Include a cover note in the return with name, address, order number, reason for return and state you want a refund.

Items being returned will remain your liability until received by PAC Products. You will receive a refund, less postage, of the price that you paid for the product(s).
