Replacement collar November 18, 2021 Reviewer: Jan Tomlinson from Bardwell, Suffolk United Kingdom   Very good service via phone and email. So cheerful and helpful. However, I am disappointed that the new collar is made of black plastic with a buckle. I did prefer the quick release canvas collar. The old style was much easier to use. Collar Receiver Repair November 18, 2021 Reviewer: Quickrick from SWADLINCOTE United Kingdom   I returned my collar unit and transmitter as the collar unit was not responding after 4 years use.
